A. Refund for 1-to-1 Call Booking (₹299)
- If a participant books a 1-to-1 call for ₹299 and decides not to enroll after the call:
- 100% refund will be processed.
- Refund timeline: Within 1 working day to the original payment method.
B. Refund for Full Course Payment (₹10,000)
- Participants paying the full course amount are eligible to apply for a refund within 30 days after completing the course, only if:
- They are unable to secure a job or
- They are unable to generate earnings using the skills taught
- Proof and reasonable effort documentation may be requested.
- Refund approval is subject to internal review.
C. EMI Payments
- Participants opting for EMI or installment plans are NOT eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
D. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The participant discontinues the course midway
- Sessions/resources are accessed but not utilized
- Refund request is based on personal reasons unrelated to course delivery
E. Refund Mode
All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source only.
